Important: Changes in appointment cancellation rules
Please note that the notice time for cancelling appointments has changed from 24 hours to 48 hours in advance.

When you make an appointment with us, we reserve time for you. If you cannot meet an appointment, we ask you kindly to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not agree or do not cancel an appointment in time, we have to charge the costs of the reserved time.
If you cannot meet the appointment on Monday, please cancel it on the Friday before 10 am at the latest.
You can only cancel your appointment by telephone or email, and not by an sms.
If you repeatedly fail to meet an appointment or cancel an appointment late, we reserve the right to sign you out as a patient of our practice.
