Become a patient

Please register yourself at the reception desk when you visit our centre. The receptionist is required to verify your personal details, such as identification, insurance information (health card), medical and dental questionnaire. Without registration we will not be able to help you on time. Therefore, we kindly ask you to come slightly earlier for your appointment.

First appointment

During your first appointment, the dentist gets to know you and examines your teeth by means of an extensive inspection and radiographs (OPG and bitewings). The results of the check-up procedure will be discussed with you. Following this discussion a treatment plan will be made by the dentist, you will receive its written copy. We always take into account your wishes and your budget constraints. If necessary, the treatment might be carried out in stages.

When you first come to us, we ask you to take the following documents:

• a valid ID (passport, identity card, driving license)
• your insurance card

Appointment cancellation

In case you are unable to attend your appointment, please kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. If you do not do that we are forced to require a compensation of our costs by submitting you an invoice.

Patients with pain

We reserve certain time slots in our daily agenda for patients with acute pain. The receptionist will consult the doctor to make an appointment on the day when you address us. We aim to help you on the same day.

Payments

We work in cooperation with the billing company Infomedics. This is the company that will send invoices to you. Surely, you can also pay by cash or by PIN right after the treatment. If you wish to know more about Infomedics or payment terms, please visit www.infomedics.nl
